Join Vail Healthspan Health Coach Vicki Kenney for a class designed specifically for older adults to build strength, improve balance and mobility, and increase confidence in everyday movement.
Participants will work through warm-ups, functional exercises, strength-building movements, and balance/agility training while learning how to embrace their wellness journey safely. There will be two Senior Strength classes held in July, feel free to join one class in July or both (must RSVP separately)!
