What’s most surprising is that much of what I’ve learned through Healthspan, I had already come across over the years—through reading and listening to podcasts. But I’m now realizing that I didn’t truly understand it, and I certainly wasn’t integrating it all the way this program does. I’m super excited about where my fitness is today, where it could be in a few months, and especially where it might be in the years to come. I’ll be 50 next year, and this program has made me believe there’s no reason I can’t be as fit in my 50s as I was in my 20s. Maybe that’s a stretch—but I’m up for the challenge!
