Evidence-Based Method:
This program is based on Dr. Ashley Mason’s Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) protocol, the gold standard treatment for chronic insomnia and sleep disruption. CBT-I is clinically proven to retrain the brain and body for consistent, high-quality sleep without dependency on medications or sedative aids.
