Whether seeking foundational guidance, a more immersive wellness experience, or a premium approach to longevity, each track is designed to deliver personalized care, evidence-based protocols, and measurable outcomes to ensure that every participant can engage in a health optimization journey that fits their unique goals, lifestyle, and budget.

Your initial diagnostics guide the creation of a personalized action plan that weaves the Seven Shields of Healthspan into your lifestyle, with support from coaching sessions, educational workshops, and community events.

Month 4 Program Mid-Point

Halfway through the program, you’ll connect with your coaches and care team to evaluate your progress and refine your plan as needed. Summit and Elevate track participants will also complete a Mini-Thrive Assessment to capture extra data for tracking results.

As you reach the eighth month of your current Healthspan program, a final Thrive Assessment will review your progress and results. Your care team will then recommend next steps for ongoing support or additional program opportunities.
