Vail Healthspan: Care Team Consultations

- Health Coach 1:1 Consultations - clients work directly with Healthspan’s coaches to interpret assessment data and design precise training programs blending cardiovascular conditioning, strength, mobility, and recovery.
- Functional Medicine 1:1 Consultations - Vail Health's board-certified Functional & Lifestyle Medicine providers review health history, labs, and lifestyle to create personalized protocols and supplement plans. They meet with clients regularly for follow-up check-ins throughout the program, with frequency determined by program track.
- Nutritionist 1:1 Consultations - our licensed nutritionists provide evidence-based fueling and metabolic guidance, with additional monitoring through MyFitnessPal and/or CGM data for our Elevate and Summit tracks. They meet with clients regularly to review progress and refine strategies, with meeting frequency determined by program track.
- Mindset Optimization 1:1 Consultations - led by licensed behavioral health professionals, these sessions support resilience, stress management, and sustainable lifestyle change. Clients receive ongoing mindset support through regular follow-ups, with frequency determined by program track.
- Training Plan Updates with Coach - coaches update TrainingPeaks plans based on client progress, with frequency determined by track: Foundation (intake and midpoint), Elevate (monthly), and Summit (weekly).
- Exercise Adherence and Accountability Check-ins - coaches monitor adherence and meet with clients regularly to ensure prescribed exercise is effective and sustainable. Check-in frequency depends on program track
- TrainingPeaks Premium Account - Summit track clients receive TrainingPeaks Premium, providing advanced analytics, recovery tracking, and direct coach integration for precise program adjustments.
- Caloric & Macros Monitoring - the Healthspan care team tracks nutrition through MyFitnessPal, aligning calorie and macronutrient targets with each Summit track member's goals.
- Sleep Optimization 1:1 Coaching - a five-week program developed under Dr. Ashley Mason, combining group and individual strategies to improve sleep quality and recovery. Led by Healthspan clinicians trained in Dr. Mason’s Healthspan Sleep Optimization Protocol.
- Monthly Inservice with Josiah Middaugh - Summit clients gain exclusive monthly access to Healthspan Health Coach and XTERRA World Champion, Josiah Middaugh, for direct training insights and performance guidance.
