Biography

Originally from Minnesota, Brett earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and moved to Vail for his sports residency in 2014. The ability to combine his career and personal passions of climbing, biking, and snowboarding led him to make Vail Health Howard Head Sports Medicine and the Eagle Valley a permanent home.

Professionally, Brett is an avid reader of research, a residency instructor, physical therapist, and Healthspan coach. He's eager to partner with individuals across all ages and fitness levels, focusing on recognizing their strengths, addressing challenges, and developing effective pathways to enduring well-being. Brett's core philosophy is that motivation is fleeting, but discipline is the bedrock of sustainable growth. He works diligently to help clients discover purpose and satisfaction in the process, ensuring meaningful and lasting transformation.
