Biography
Originally from Washington State, Elie earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Belmont University in Nashville. She moved to Colorado in 2019 to complete her final clinical rotation at Howard Head Sports Medicine and has called it home ever since. Outside of Healthspan, Elie is a Physical Therapist for Vail Health Howard Head Sports Medicine.
A lifelong athlete, Elie has a background in swimming, volleyball, and tennis, and discovered a love for running in college—completing numerous races, including two half Ironmans. Her passion for movement now fuels her work helping others stay active and healthy. She serves the local community as a physical therapist, leads the Vail Valley Running Club, teaches Pure Barre, works with the USTA pro circuit, and supports clients as a Healthspan Fitness Coach. In September 2024, she and her husband welcomed their son. Outside of work, Elie enjoys running, hiking, skiing, barre, swimming, traveling, and time with her family.
