Biography
Josiah Middaugh, the 2015 XTERRA World Champion, boasts a 22-yr career with 15 XTERRA USA National titles and multiple National Championships in snowshoe racing, long-course triathlon, winter triathlon, and fat biking. With a Master’s in Human Movement from A.T. Still University and a Bachelor’s in Health Promotion from Central Michigan University, Josiah leverages over 24 years as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to help athletes reach their peak.
