Biography
Sophia Niemi, a Colorado native, grew up skiing, mountain biking, and playing lacrosse, fueling her passion for health and fitness. She earned a public health degree from UC Berkeley and a BSN from MSU Denver. Her career includes surgical research, client coordination, research for a provisional patent, and global volunteering for public health efforts. As a home health nurse, she has seen the impact of preventive, client-centered care firsthand. Committed to community health, she has volunteered with Project C.U.R.E., the Denver Rescue Mission, and the Rose Andom Center. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, fly fishing, yoga, and exploring the outdoors with her German Shepherd
